Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Nano Link, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable URL shortening services. This refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our business, ensuring transparency in all our transactions.

By using our service, you agree to this refund policy. Please read it carefully.

2. Free Tier

Our free tier is provided at no cost to the user. As such:

• No refunds are applicable or available for the free tier.
• Free tier links expire after 30 days as clearly stated in our service terms.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time without prior notice.

3. Paid Tier

For our paid tier (€1.99/month per shortlink), the following refund policy applies:

3.1 Refund Eligibility

• Within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund available, no questions asked.
• Between 48 hours and 7 days of purchase: 50% refund available upon request.
• After 7 days: No refunds are provided except in cases of extended service outage (see section 3.3).

3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• No refunds are provided for partially used months.
• Refunds are not available for any add-on services or features once they have been activated.
• Bulk discounts or special promotional rates are non-refundable.

3.3 Service Outage Refunds

In the event of extended service outages:

• Outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours: Pro-rated refund for the outage period.
• Outages exceeding 72 hours in a calendar month: Full refund for that month upon request.

3.4 Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@nalnk.cc with your account details and reason for the refund request.
2. Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions and Restrictions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect any of the following:

• Abuse or misuse of our service as defined in our Terms of Service.
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the refund policy.
• Excessive refund requests from a single user or associated accounts.

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we may suspend or terminate the user's account without refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time:

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
• Upon cancellation, paid links will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which they will expire.
